I’m Elizabeth Nelson, a clinical psychologist. I work with adults from all walks of life and identifications.
I believe that people always have some sense of what they need to feel better and thrive in their lives. This applies to you, too! This might take the form of things you’ve learned along the way, or an intuitive sense of what you need or want, or even just a vague idea that things could be better. Altogether, these are your raw “inner resources.”

Then combine that with my expertise about specific techniques that have been proven to help with your concerns. I offer experienced and compassionate guidance as you develop an understanding of what activates you, what shuts you down, and what helps you feel good in your life.
